Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for FaithShield.ai subscriptions and purchases.
Cancellations
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues through the end of your current billing period, unless otherwise required by your platform.
Refunds
Refunds are not automatically provided for partial subscription periods. We may grant refunds at our discretion in these windows:
- Monthly subscriptions: within 7 days of the initial purchase.
- Annual subscriptions: within 14 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that violate this policy or involve abuse.
Apple App Store / Google Play purchases
If your subscription was purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds must be requested directly through the respective platform.
