If you purchase a subscription through Apple's App Store or Google Play, payment information is processed by the platform provider, not directly by FaithShield.

We may receive subscription-related information such as plan type, purchase status, renewal state, and identifiers needed to validate entitlements, restore purchases, and provide access to paid features.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host the app, authenticate users, process subscriptions, send communications, analyze performance, or provide customer support.

If you submit information through connected funnel or CRM tooling, including integrations such as GoHighLevel, your submission may also be transmitted to the connected account configured by FaithShield.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and billing records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, the nature of the relationship, and operational or legal requirements.
